These shirts are a close cotton version of the lululemon long sleeved athletic shirts they used to make. I was pleasantly surprised at the softness of the material along with the fit. I would say these run true to size, fitted but not too restricting. They are lightweight enough for running out doors ( or to the grocery store) on cooler days. This is a well made top at an affordable price point. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
